Polyaspartic Floor Coatings

At Coastal Garage Finishings, we’re proud to install the finest, most durable floor coatings available.

We install PurEpoxy product PP-S85. This is comprised of two components, is slow curing, has no odor, and is a hybrid polyaspartic coating system. It is designed as a decorative and durable coating for commercial and industrial flooring.

Formulated with aliphatic chemistry, PP-S85 is color stable, allowing it to take UV exposure without color shifts seen with other coating systems such as epoxies. It has a robust application window with the ability to be applied at low temperatures and high humidity.

These floors are highly resistant to just about everything – oil, road salts, gasoline, bleach, transmission fluid, cleansers, and more. This is one of the main reasons they’re frequently used in garages and within the automotive industry.

Besides withstanding chemical spills/cleaners, hybrid polyaspartic coatings are also heat and water-resistant. They are almost impervious to most chemical spills without any negative effects on the coating.
